STILL MORE ON DR. NEMEH!
November 20, 2007

HI VIEWERS,

WE’VE HAD GREAT RESPONSE TO OUR STORIES ON DR. NEMEH.

BELOW YOU’LL FIND A STACK OF THEM. AS PROMISED, I’VE TRIED TO INCLUDE AS MANY OF THEM AS POSSIBLE HERE. GOOD READING.

TED
——————————————–

I saw your report on the Dr.’s belief in healing Prayer. I must comment that he is the truest representation in what I believe is the humble nature, true integrity, and crossing boundaries of faith that we need today. I have survived Cancer, Ulcerative Colon Surgery, and a Genetic Blood Clotting Disorder due to my true belief in God(Christ) and the healing hands of physicians. Positivity thru faith or the applications of principles thru whatever you find across spirituality as displayed thru this doctor’s teaching leads to 50% of life’s challenges.
This man understands he is not a healer, SIMPLY a TRUE BELIEVER. We all need a little more faith to get us through the hard times. God bless this man, and the work he is doing to help all those, believers and non-believers.
Sincerely,
H. S.

You ought to be ashamed of yourself– once again, promoting the quack “faith healer”. There are many people gullible enough to believe this nonsense. This is the most irresponsible use of a segment that is supposed to be “news”. Why can’t you at least be honest and label it for what it is. This is not news. Some time ago you promoted some crap about putting a staple in your ear to cure something like obesity, I think. Maybe there is some place to put a staple to cure lack of common sense.

Dear Mr. Henry,
After having just watched your interview with Mr. Nemeh, I felt I just had to tell my story regarding the power of prayer. I have witnessed the power of prayer many, many times but these stories are at the top of my list:
1. My husband & I had been married in 1964 and tried unsuccessfully for eight years to get pregnant. We adopted a beautiful son and continued to pray for another child and two years later I was pregnant and birthed a second beautiful son. Both of these sons are miracles in more ways than one.
2. In November of 2005 our youngest son, M who was only 33 years old was diagnosed with 4th stage Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer. The cancer had already reached his bone marrow, his spleen, his chest and was rapidly spreading.Their prayer chains sent all around by family and friends and in our church. ( We are Antiochian Orthodox Christians) After a year of chemo and a few months of radiation and many many prayers. Mark is now NED which means no evidence of disease. His last test was just a month ago which makes him cancer free for one year. We will never stop praying for him and I believe all our prayers for a cure for cancer will some day come to light. With faith, prayer and a very strong will he is healthy again.
3. On the eve of this past Easter, our eldest son, P (age 35) collapsed and was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Hermitage, Pennsylvania where he was quickly diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome. This is not only life threatening but also is paralyzing. Phil and his wife have three children, G,aged 5, A, aged 3 and A age 1. He was in intensive care for 11 days. He was totally paralyzed from the neck down. He couldn’t hold his children, he couldn’t feed himself, he couldn’t roll over, sit up, wiggle a finger or toe. Once again prayer chains by family, friends and church members began. My husband and I and P and his wife and his brother once again began praying like never before . After 2 weeks, P was able to move his fingers and toes and with faith and a very strong will began to slowly move and was able to begin hard and difficult therapy. He went home after a month with a walker, then a week later used a cane. He now is fully recovered, able to hold his children in his arms, he is back to work and feeling strong and feeling healthy again.
We thank God everyday for the power of prayer has been witnessed.
4. Way back when the boys were still in high school everytime they were a minute late coming home, I took out my little prayer book and began praying and it never failed, I no sooner finished my prayer and the car lights shined in the driveway.
5. M is a Cleveland Firefighter. He wanted so badly to become a firefighter. He scored amongst the highest on his tests but Cleveland was not hiring at the time and it took a year of prayers before he was finally chosen. Then prayers again when the City of Cleveland was cutting jobs and again our prayers were answered as his job was among those saved.
DO WE BELEIVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER. YOU BET WE DO.

GOD BLESS,
D.S.

Mr. Henry,
I just wanted to say that Dr. Nemeh is a very humble man of great faith. This past summer he came to my church (Saint Joseph Parish) here in Ashtabula. I worked the healing service the entire day & witnessed emotional, physical & mental healing(s). At the end of the service I decided to go up and have him pray over me. It was an amazing experience. I went up I very big skeptic & really only wanted healing for a family member of mine. With his touch & prayers over me I soon found that I myself had been healed of the terrible neck & back pain which I had been experiencing since a car accident back in 2004. I know that God is the almighty one and the real healer of all. Since my accident Christ has restored me nearly to where I was prior to the accident. Prayer & faith does go a very long way. Because Dr. Nemeh is a man of great faith I believe Christ has chosen him (& his wife Kathy) to serve HIM in this very special way. It’s more than being healed or not being healed, it’s about doing Christ’s work in a very Christian way, just how/what the Nemeh’s are doing. Christ truly is working through them & with them. My prayer is that through this work/service which God has them doing that the faith of Christ grow in all of us & that Jesus allows the Nemeh’s to do HIS work as HE calls them to do. May Christ truly bless them as well.

Dear Mr.Henry, I have been watching your reports on Dr. Nemeh for quite some time now and am fascinated by him. My husband was diagnosed in July with a very rare disorder called “Stiff Person Syndrome”. He is only 62 yrs. old, but must walk with a cane or walker and also needs assistance. One doesn’t die from this disorder, but rather from injuries sustained from the hard falls one takes because of it. It causes the body and joints to become rigid, & stiff, and can be set off by any number of things such as a loud noise, a crowd of people, or just any simple thing can cause the patient to become suddenly fearful, immobile and unable to even speak, let alone move. The falls are so hard because the stiffness, prevents one from even trying to catch himself to break the fall, therefore, head injuries are frequent and serious. My husband has been in the ICU twice after falling and had brain hemmorhages both times, but only by the grace of God, did he recover from the falls. There is no cure and barely any treatment. I would love for Dr. Nemeh to lay his hands on my husband and pray for him, but I fear my husband would not be able to tolerate the big crowds of the public healings he offers. Do you know how I might contact the doctor to try to make an appointment for a private healing, or at least to attend one where there might not be so very many people present? Any help you can give me will be most gratefully appreciated. My husband is a business man who has always been a go getter, always on the move, accomplishing great things, so you can imagine the toll this has taken on him physically and mentally. It is very very sad, and seeing him in this weakened and depressed state, is pitiful and so frightening. I am a nervous wreck worrying about his constantly. If you cannot help me, will you please point me in the right direction to connect us with Dr. Nemeh? Thank you so very much in advance.

Hi Ted,

I had the chance to experience a personal healing prayer from Dr. Nemeh. God really works closely with this wonderful man.

Mr.Henry,I am writing you from my hometown of West Bloomfield, Michigan in regards to the Interview with Dr.Issam Nemeh. The interview was spectacular. I have been fortunate enoguh to have had the oppurtunity to be treated by Dr.Nemeh in his office in Cleveland Ohio. After his prayers, I was completely cured of my chronic Meningitis head pains that I had been suffering from for over twevle months. Also, after seven years of trying to concieve a child, and numerous doctor consults and treatment programs, I became pregnant three weeks after my treatment and prayers with Dr.Nemeh. I was told by my doctors after my second daughter that convievign another child at my age and condition would be nearly impossible, and thanks to the prayers of Dr.Nemeh my husband and I were able to have another healthy child. I was more than extatic to see the interview Dr. Nemeh had with your News Station, and I will be driving in to Cleveland on Saturday morning to attend the long-awaited event. I hop! e to see Dr. Nemeh on your station again soon!! It was inspirational to myself and many people I know!!!Thank you,Theresa M.

Dear Mr.Henry,
I am writing you this letter today to tell you how much I loved the interview aired with Dr.Nemeh. Ten years ago DR. Nemeh helped my grandfather after being diagnosed with failing heart disease. My grandfather was scheduled to have major surgery of the heart opening all arteries going to the heart that were impeding blood flow. After Dr. Nemeh prayed over my grandfather, my grandfather no longer needed the surgery. The doctors were in absolute disbelief, and were baffled at the fact that my grandfathers arteries were suddenly cleared. It was an absolute miracle! Dr. Nemeh changed my grandfather’s life and for that my family will always be grateful for Dr. Nemeh’s prayers. The interview was wonderful, and i hope that many other were able to share in the knowledge of such hope and spiritual healings. I hope to see Dr. Nemeh on your show again soon!!!
Thank-you for your concern.

I would love to hear more from Dr. Nemeh on your show and I know many of my friends and relatives are awaiting more of him to come. Dear Dr. Nemeh & Mrs. Nemeh,

I would like to say that I saw your interview with Ted Henry the 2 night on the 6 o’clock news. I have been to many of your services almost 3yrs. ago. I am really impressed with your answers that you have. You are both blessed by what God has given you. You have helped me and my fiance (who has since passed 5/24/05). One thing though is you shouldn’t be sad when someone passes on. Before my fiance passed, we talked and it was about seeing you both, I asked him what he felt when we saw you. I told him that God loves us very much, and that the Holy Spirit has such a warm loving embrace-that I didn’t want to leave it and was very peaceful. I didn’t think R was going to pass-I always thought he would get well. I said-that God wants us more than I, and that it would take time to heal. The one’s that leave us are truly blessed for they are in a wonderful place and I look! forward to when it is time to go. You have helped many people and it is up to our faith and God for us to be better. Thank you for all that you have done for me and everyone else. God Bless you and your family.

In Jesus Name,

D. E.

Dear Mr . Henry,
Just wanted to let you know how glad I am that you are again addressing Spirituality. Your interviews with Dr. Nemeh are very informative and thought provoking.
My family have gone to Dr.Nemehs healings many times and had wonderful experiences. Reaffirmed faith. Although I have not personally experienced a healing with him, I did with Sr. Monica.
It was life changing. I have survived cancer twice and truly believe I am here because of my holistic beliefs and spiritual faith.
Please continue your spiritual work.
Sincerely

Dear Mr. Henry,

Just a note to let you know my personal experience with the prayers of Dr. Nemeh.

Working for the Catholic church for over 17 years – most of us in the church offices knew of the healing services of Dr. Nemeh at St. Ignatius Chapel – way before the media got involved. When we felt someone would need Dr. Nemeh’s prayers, we would send them to him.

I have watched Dr. Nemeh’s prayer services over the years and have seen the true healing take place either at the time – or over time.

It must have been a real challenge for the Doctor when the media got involved – for the crowds grew. And so did the skeptics. I also saw that the need for the Doctor’s prayer was needed on a larger scale – so when I asked them to hold a healing service at our church, I knew we had to be prepared and organized. The rest I left up to the Doctor, his team, and the Holy Spirit.

I only wished that you had been there – you would have felt the power of prayer, love and healing that day back on January 22,2006 at St. Justin’s Church in Eastlake, OH.

I was the Business Manager at St. Justin’s at that time, and had a wonderful team of volunteers to help the Dr. Nemeh team and the approximately 1,955 people that attended that day.

In fact, we prepared for 2000 people to attend and I created the workbook for the Doctor and his team to give to others to use in preparing in handling such a large crowd.

In reflection of that special day, which I still am in awe of, I clearly remember standing at the doors of the church when all had left – the church seemed dark and empty and I new then, it was not the building, but the people – their prayer, love and faith that make the church alive.

On January 22, 2006, we had folks from all over the State, Country – and even some from other countries. In 11 hours, we were able to make sure that no one was turned away and only 2 complaints – out of 1955 people!

For weeks and months after the service, we received calls, notes, thank yous, personal stories – all which were unique yet all had the same outcome – their prayer, whatever it may have been had been answered. It varied from healings, hope, new outlook, renewed faith, everything that God wants us to have at the moment.

We also had a prayer basket – when the Doctor prayed over the basket which was full of requests, – inside was the request of one of our parishioners who had asked for a healing for her son. The moment the Doctor prayed over the basket – the parishioner’s son “felt something” – and he had no knowledge and was at home approximately 5 miles away.

Everyone I spoke to that day “felt” something in the church – a friend and I sat for a moment along the side of the church and he asked me what was that he feels pressing against him?
I chuckled and told him, for I felt it too – it was like a radiating hug full of love and warmth.
I knew then what the power of prayer felt like.

It was an awesome day for everyone – when anyone who sees me that attended, still talk about that day and ask when the next one will be.

I don’t know if you remember me, we met at the Christian Life center when you did your talk at lunch series. If I recall, you married shortly after that. I have met you & your wife at several of the Doctor’s healing services.

Know that I always say a prayer for you on October 7th – for you and I share the same birthday.

Thank you for allowing me to share this with you.

May God continue to Bless you.

Peace & hugs,
L. S.

We are so blessed in Cleveland to have the Nemehs in our midst, and to have had the option of attending the numerous healing services they have offered over the last several years. I am thankful for numerous healings for me, my family and several people over the years. Most of all, I’m thankful that my faith has deepened tremendously as a result of the prayers of Dr. & Kathy Nemeh and the power of the Holy Spirit!Lastly, I want to say that the Nemehs work quietly and tirelessly in loving service to others, bringing Jesus to them. I am so grateful that God has placed them right here in Cleveland!THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT PROGRAMING!

Hi Ted,

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the interviews with Dr. Nemeh. I especially liked the fact that you posted the entire interview. Sometimes the meaning of what’s said is lost when you just see parts of the conversation, so it was very nice to see the whole thing. I look forward to watching more interviews with the Dr.

Sincerely,

——————————————

Dear Ted,
I have been seen by Dr. Nemeh both in his office and at his healing services many times. I am an individual who is locked in my body, and each time I see the doctor people have noticed a transformation in me. My speech is clearer, my eyes are straight, my spastic muscles are more relaxed, I am starting to use my right hand, and I just continue to improve. The first time I saw the doctor, I asked that he would just take away my pain because I could not sleep at night. I would wake up five to ten times and this was very hard on my mom because she had to change my position. Not only did Dr. Nemeh take my pain away, he has done so much more with the help of the Lord. I believe this change occurring in me is due to Dr. Nemeh’s spiritual charism of healing bestowed on him by our Lord.
People just don’t get what is going on. People need to ask themselves why all this healing phenomenon is taking place and why now? It is a wake-up call to come back to the Lord. Christ is reaching out and visiting His people, and they need to heed his call or otherwise be left behind.
T., TEXAS

—————————————

Dear Ted,
I truly believe Dr. Nemeh possesses a spiritual connection with God that transcends into miracles and healings. After coming from Texas to Ohio for an appointment with Dr. Nemeh, my son’s vision improved dramatically. Also I am seeing improvements in other areas of his health as well. I feel Dr. Nemeh’s most powerful strength is the quiet divine assurance of God’s love and presence in our lives.

Dear Ted,

I am a United Methodist minister who has practiced healing since 1966. (I am retired and 71 years old now.)

I hold a doctorate in healing research and have written five books, four of which have explained healing in scientific terms.

I would like to mail Dr. Nemi (?) two of my books but I do not even know how to spell his name or know his address.
Would you provide me with a correct spelling of his name plus his address?

Also, my wife has hands deformed by arthritis and needs a healing. How could I find out about where his services are held and the time of them? Or would I best make an appointment for an accupuncture session for her?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Still more Dr. Nemeh
November 19, 2007

Dear Readers/Viewers:

Thank you for your continued response to our series on Dr. Nemeh. Many of you ask me via phone message, e-mail, standard mail and when you meet me, why the stories about Dr. Nemeh. Many of you like the stories, some do not. Again, the answer to this question is two fold:

1- Dr. Nemeh is a medical doctor who is said to heal people not just by medicine, but also by prayer. Furthermore he is now making this practice a major part of his life. This alone sets him apart from any other doctor I have ever heard about.

2- He has now gone on record reporting on his research and evidence collected with a scientist indicating a link between faith healing and science. I don’t know what will come of this, we’ll have to wait.

What follows is my viewer feedback on Dr. Nemeh and on our coverage of Dr. Nemeh.

Thanks,

Ted

Hi Ted,

I truly enjoyed your series last week; however, I did not get to see the prophecy. Could you please point me in the right direction or tell me what Dr. Nemeh said?

Thanks so much,
Norine Molnar

P.S. There is a wonderful psychologist at Case Western named Julie Exline who writes a lot about religion and psychology, the ego, etc. Her main focus is religion and I know she has been asked to go to England (I forget which of the famous schools!) this Fall to teach. You might like to speak with her.

Dear Mr. Henry,

I have been showing programs to our Sunday morning group at church about the presence of God in our world today.

Is it possible to get a copy of “Ted’s Entire Interview with Dr. Nemeh” in DVD format? If so, please let me know the cost and the process to make the purchase.

Sincerely,
J. M.

Ted,
Thank you so much for your programs in regards to Dr. Nemeh. There are many many people praying with people and these prayers are answered by miracles everyday. We are praying that science and medicine acknowledges the miracles of our God.
God Bless you!

I would like to say that I think your segment about “the power of prayer” is offensive to myself and anyone who has lost a loved one. Do you think we did not pray, do you think they did not pray. Perhaps you and your healer should visit Rainbows Children Hospital, maybe he can save the lives of some of those children. Perhaps their parents don’t realize that if they take their children to your Doctor they will be cured. You are suggesting that God will listen to his prayers but not ours.

Everytime you air one of these segments it makes me angry. If miracles do happen, and if there is power in prayer, your Doctor certainly need not be part of the process. Perhaps bad things happen, and God is there to help us cope and continue on. Your suggestions are almost mid-evil, and rediculous. I t certainly makes me question your intelligence and your sensitivity to the family of lost loved ones ( who were not saved!!!)

I watch your show and have always respected you as a newscaster, however, I wish you would stop airing these stories.

Hi Ted – good story on faith, it works both ways dosen’t it? But the Dr. was right. Something is happening and as a newsman and a Christian I thought you might like to be my first contact. It all goes back to 2007 being the end of the Church Age as stated by Jesus. Please take a look at my web site, I have just published 2 books on the parables of Jesus revealing the end of the Age and what happens next. All information must be in confidence at this time. These books will be released to the major outlets next week, give me a call after you see the website if you are interested in being the first to hear the news… I won’t leave you hanging like the good Dr.www.the2007rapture.com

Dear Ted;

I just watch your segment on Dr. Nami. I appreciate your telling the other side this story. My Aunt was diagnosed with a mass near her stomach. It affected her esophogus. She went to CCF and they planned surgery.

The day before the surgery my Aunt and my Mom went to see Dr. Nami because someone told her that she could be healed. My Mom witnessed this entire visit so I know it is based in fact. After paying a $250.00 fee Dr. Nami did a “hands thing” and “prayed” and pulled his hands up over her telling her that the mass was gone.

He in fact told her she would not need surgery because it went away. He said things like ” Don’t you feel like it is gone?” The next day Mom and Betty show up at the hospital for surgery and share this story with Dr. R her surgeon. Dr. R was so concerned that my Aunt thought she was having an unnecessary operation that he postponed her surgery and sent her for x-rays. And what do you think they showed?

The mass was there just like it was before her visit to the great “doctor” Nami. He asked her if she would like to take them to show him but she didn’t. She had surgery and is much improved thanks to Dr. R. Dr. Nami charged her $250, lied to her and caused a chain reaction that was very costly. I applaud Dr. R for listening to my Aunt and for proving to her that Dr. Nami’s wizardry did not work.

How can any of you in the media spread the word that Dr. Nami is a healer when in fact he is a quack. Shame on him for using the good Lord’s power increase his own wealth. He lives in a million dollar house, drives a fancy car and calls himself a healer………… more like a stealer. Imagine the people who don’t get procedures because they believe in his “special” power. He is responsible for people not getting the care they need. I believe in the power of God to heal any one of us.

God does it for free. If Dr. Nami really had a power he wouldn’t charge any money. He would be healing people for the pure joy of doing God’s work. He is going to need healing the day he meets his maker.

Please be responsible to all the viewers by giving accuate information. Thank you for years of fair and honest reporting.

K. K.

Hi Ted,My family has experienced first-hand the healing power of Dr. Nemeh. My nephew, Salem George, was born with a failing liver. My brother and his wife thought they would have to face a transplant in Salem’s first 6-months of life.

One day, on their way to Rainbow Children’s Hospital, my brother insisted they stop and see Dr. Nemeh, my sister-in-law was upset because she knew they would be late for Salem’s appt. They stopped and my sister-in-law said it changed their lives. Dr. Nemeh prayed over Salem, and today with the help of medication & a healthy lifestyle, he is a happy, healthy 6-year old boy.

It’s hard to believe in something you can’t see, but that’s what faith is all about. God bless Dr. Nemeh and his family.

Sincerely,
D. T.
—————————————–
Dear Ted Henry,

I am an energy therapist and perpetual student of the universe. Always seekinganswers and more pieces of the puzzle we call life. I have learned many modalities
of energy therapy for healing purposes and have experienced most in the last twenty years.

I had an opportunity to attend a healing service on the far west side a few years backwith Dr. Nemeh. This was the night before Palm Sunday and we were lucky to be at the front of the line getting into the church. The wait was long but I felt needed to feel thewhole experience. I watched Dr. Nemeh, one by one pray over each person there. This alonegave me much respect and appreciation for this one man.

There were thousands of people there but he prayed over each person like they were the only one there. I don’t thinkI would have had the stamina to do this but he did this with utmost devotion to his mission.I also saw what this meant to the people there. Tears in eyes and renewed faith theywaited to prayed over. I know I became fast friends with others waiting and the joyand love shared was so meaningful.

My turn to be prayed over came finally. I had no expectations or any idea of what was going to happen. When he started I lost the sense of the room, I had my eyes closed and feltlike I was traveling deep deep into inner space. I felt a vortex of energy like a tornadoswirling deep within me. It felt like it was going miles within.

I had never felt anything likethis in all my years of energy work and was really stunned and in awe of what happened. The most surprising thing was that each person needed something different. Without wordsDr. Nemeh, knew just where the physical problem was. After he was done with me he turnedto my friend and placed his hands over her ears.

I cried then for sure because her problemwas hearing lost, but no one ever told Dr. Nemeh this. I was prayed over at 2:00 a.m. Palm Sunday morning. I couldn’t even talk about thiswithout crying to anyone for a long time. I did tell my mother when I got home that Palm Sundaymorning and I swear that it was no man or person that gave me that experience but the powerof the Holy Spirit and that I was touched by the spirit of Jesus that Palm Sunday morning.

I tell you this story for your readers and for WEWS TV watchers to consider. I’m just a normal mother and grandmother, 50 years young from Lyndhurst, Ohio. Since this experience I have sent many friends and family members to Dr. Nemeh and they all have had unique experiences.

C. S.
——————————–

Over a year ago my daughter had an opportunity to attend a healing session w/ Dr. Nemeh. Originally, she was there to support her 16 yr old friend, who has a rare liver condition. I was not able to attend but my daughter shared w/ me her own experience.

My daughter(age 16 now) was scheduled to have a foot implant(internal orthotic) removed that had dislodged and was in a bad position, which caused her pain. The surgery could be tricky as the subtalor implant had shifted and was angled such that it could damage the foot during removal. My daughter stood in a line with others seeking healing.

Dr. Nemeh laid his hands on her head, she said it felt like electricity and she fell back slightly. She said it was the most spiritual feeling she has ever had come over her. A week later, when the surgery was performed, the podiatrist was amazed that the implant was close to the skin, in a perfect position for removal and the surgery took only minutes to perform.

I am Catholic and do believe in miracles and I do believe that Dr. Nemeh is able to draw some sort of energy, call it positive thoughts and prayers, or whatever you want. Whatever the case, he is a remarkable man with true gifts that he feels compelled to share with those who feel that God and prayers ARE healing.

Thank you for highlighting him this week. Our world could sure use some more of his healing.

Sincerely,

R. K.

Dear viewer/reader:

I forgot to post another viewer letter in my last post. It is similar to the bulk of viewer response we continue to receive about our series of news reports on Dr. Nemeh.

I asked for your views in previous blogs, but I am now also asking for your questions, especially about the finally public on-going discussion regarding the connection between faith healing and science.

Send your questions and I’ll track down the answers to them. Send them to henry@newsnet5.com.

Ted,
Thank you so much for your programs in regards to Dr. Nemeh. There are many many people praying with people and these prayers are answered by miracles everyday. We are praying that science and medicine acknowledges the miracles of our God.
God Bless you!

Dr. Nemeh – SATURDAY’S SCIENCE TALK
November 18, 2007

Dear Reader,

Saturday’s TV5 news account of Dr. Nemeh’s talk and presentation about Science = Spirituality was aired after midnight due to a late night football game aired by ABC. Our Tracy Carloss reported on the event that included Dr. Nemeh, a scientist from Virginia, and local speakers who talked from their own family experiences of spiritual and physical healings.

As previewed earlier in the week on Newschannel5, the scientist discussed his experimentation with recording energy waves of spiritual thought transmitted or carried over long distances. I was not present for yesterday’s program, but I look forward to learning more about the research and public disclosures of this scientist and I’ll share with you what I learn.

Did you see our news account on this event? If so, what did you learn or conclude from it? Let me know with your comments to henry@newsnet5.com

Thanks,
Ted

A note to let you know how much I appreciated your interview with Dr. Nemeh.
I especially appreciate how you allowed his sincerity and true nature to shine through.

I have been to Dr. Nemeh’s healing services and have seen him as a patient, as well. I can tell you, without reservation, that I have never met a man with such self-less dedication to the people he serves.
He works tirelessly. His caring is without end. He cares…truly cares.

I know, too, that he may have detractors, but they are those who do not know him.

Thank you for giving your viewers an opportunity to see him for who he is…a fine doctor, a forward thinking scientist, a true servant of God…and a very, very fine man.

Sincerely,
L. B.

Ted, this is partially a response to your recent revisitation of the Issam Nemeh phenomenon and to some other things I have seen recently happening to Channel 5’s journalistic standards. I waited until the series you’ve been running on the former subject was completed today before I expressed a view.

I note in particular the segment of your interview w/ Dr. Nemeh that you ran tonight during the 6 PM news. For a couple of days, you’ve been promoting that interview by making references to a “prophecy” that he was supposed to be addressing. During that interview, you asked him several questions about the nature of that “prophecy”. His answers to every one of those questions was, to my mind, highly equivocal and you seemed to make no effort to “run him to ground” about those answers, that is, to get him to be more specific. This is not my idea of good journalism, which is, I’ve always thought, supposed to present the objective truth insofar as it can be determined. I must agree fully with that viewer a segment of whose letter you quoted this evening to the effect that such subjects do not belong on what purports to be a news program.

Now, it’s obvious to your regular audience, of whom I used to be a member, that you have a strong personal interest in spirituality and faith and the like. That is well and good. But Ted, such personal interests, especially in such non-objective subjects, do NOT belong on a program that is supposed to be presenting news and information…….
…………..I suggest that, if you wish to explore such subjects as faith and spirituality and religion – and I believe them to be valid subjects of exploration – you ask to be given a half hour/wk. of time to do so, which is distinctly separate from news, which is supposed to be objective, impartial and as accurate as good reportage can make it.

(Dear L. H., Thanks for your letter. Both sides of this issue and story are welcome. There are viewers who agree with your message, but many do not. “Heart & Soul” is a usually aired on Fridays at 6 o’clock, a weekly look at issues involving spirituality, religion and philosophy. Topics covered involve issues of all major religions and faiths. Newspapers and magazines cover this area of society and increasingly so do television stations and networks. Why is Dr. Nemeh covered as a news story? He is a medical doctor who is said to heal people using the vehicle of faith. Furthermore, among those who claim they have been aided by Dr. Nemeh’s prayers are other medical professionals. Thanks for your participation in this discussion. Ted

Thank YOU for the message conveyed thru the coverage of Dr. Nemeh, Kathy, Ashley, their family and their healing ministry.

Dear Ted,
I truly believe Dr.

Dear Ted,
I have been seen by Dr.

Sincerely,

Mary F.

Ted,I applaud you and your station for covering Dr. Nemeh and the upcoming “Thanksgiving” event. S. C.

Dear Mr. Henry, How can you argue with proof? After twelve years with doctors and hospitals our son Zach was healed of migraine headaches. Through Dr. Nemeh’s faith and prayer God healed Zach and he has been well for over two and a half years. Thank you, In faith A. and C. D. Sandusky, Ohio

Here’s feedback from you on the Dr. Nemeh reports:

Thanks to Dr. Nemeh, I have not had to used my cane in almost one year! I feel very special to have even been in his presence. I feel sad for those who criticize his warmth and kindness.

Ted,

Our family is not catholic, not very religious. We love Dr. Nemeh. Our experience was with my 89 year old mother who has kidney failure. She also had a lot of back pain that she was not even treating with Tylenol because the medication would affect her kidneys . We went to Dr. Nemeh, after he prayed for many hundreds of people, he walked up to my mom’s wheel chair, leaned her forward and put his hand on her kidneys. It was amazing. We went to his services twice. The second time after a few days my mom had a burning sensation on her back. She said she screamed and then it faded and so did her back pain that she had suffered with for about 20 years. At his service, if you wanted to give some money, you had to hunt someone to take it.

I feel honored to be touched by him and knew in my heart that I needed to see someone who could help heal so many people.

MESSAGE:
I am outraged that you have Dr. Nemeh on your program. I believe in prayer 100%, however we all have the ability to pray on our own with no financial strings attached. If Dr. Nemeh is a true “faith healer” why does he charge $250 per office visit?? My mother(who is on a fixed income) has paid thousands of dollars over the past 2 years to see him, and yet her health has steadily declined. I find it very difficult to believe in a man who lives in a million dollar home, siphons money from the sick with false hopes, and tells them they are getting better only to string them along for financial gain. The god I believe in would look down on this as stealing, not healing!

Hi Ted,
I think that you are doing a great job with the spiritual stories. Why is it that we aren’t hearing about the good things happening in Iraq now? It seems that the troop buildup has done an amazingly good job at quelling the violence, but since troop deaths are declining, it seems that we are forgetting to report the good that has replaced the bad. I feel that this is not fair – not fair to our troops, not fair to our commanding Generals, and not fair to our Commander-in Chief, George Bush. Here is a picture from a reporter that my friend knows who is in Iraq.

Dear Ted
We have met on many occasions. I saw the web cast of Dr Nemeh today and had to write to you about our experience with the Doctor.
I can tell you for a fact that Doctor Nemeh is a true honest man. Last October Dr Nemeh came to the hospital where my wife Marilyn was dyeing with a major Brain bleeding stroke Doctors told us she would not walk talk or even be able to eat ever again. We were waiting for our son to come home form his honeymoon Cruise spend some time with his mother then to pull the plug so to speak. I had called our Funeral Director and the Church to make arrangements for Marilyn’s Funeral. Dr Nemeh who happens to be a friend of a friend, heard about my wife.
His wife Cathy called me and asked if we would like the Doctor to come up and Pray over my wife. Of course I said yes I had never met him or his wife before that moment I really never even heard of him.
When he did come, we first saw him in the hospital hallway, he was so Unpretentious so timid nothing I expected.
The nurses allowed Dr Nemeh and me to go into the room. He started to pray and I backed out of the room to the doorway. He had his hand on her head whispering and praying. When he finished he came over to me crying and saying she will be fine that her faith has healed her.
With in hours as I prayed over her the Rosary. I ask her if she really wanted to live… raise up your right arm. And show me there is life in you. To my amazement and my cousin and his wife who were in the room, she did just that.
Not once but twice. The nurse who happen to be in the room for the second arm raising ran to call the Doctors.
My cousin ran back to the waiting room to get my brother and his wife, who ran to Marilyn’s room.
As we were talking at the foot of her bed, I looked over and her eyes twitched than the opened.
The doctors were truly amazed at what they were seeing. They called it nothing less than a MIRACLE…..
Marilyn went to rehab for 3 weeks. There she started on her own to eat to speak and to walk.
I took Marilyn to a Church on the west side where Dr Nemeh was to speak. There was a mass celebrated by one of the Bishops. Then Dr Nemeh came out….. I took my wife up front and again he prayed over her. Than he came and put his hands on me. I don’t know what happened but my knees buckled and down I went at his touch. I never believed in this stuff before, never experienced anything like this.
We now live in Florida retired. Marilyn is Marilyn once again she even rides her bike and drives the car.
There is no real explanation to this Miracle… none other than the work of God through Dr Nemeh I have been out of the public eye for over 2 years now retired for 5 years and enjoying my wife and life.
I was always a skeptic on these things as so many are. But no matter what religion anyone one is, they believe that there is a Supreme Being and that’s who the good Doctor works with. He will not say that. He will tell you it’s
Your faith and belief ……not him It’s taught me that life is so
precious enjoy it, and always believe that your God will hear you and help you if he wants and when he wants. If he does not want then so be it …..it’s his wishes.
He or she may have something else in mind for us.

Dear Ted,

I believe that people get caught up in everyday life and forget that God is real. He is still performing miracles and did not forget about us.. It’s that we forgot about him.

Thank you God, Dr. Nemeh, & Ted for this wonderful interview.

Ted,
I watch you guys at Ch 5 all the time and find in you all an honest and genuine camaraderie that makes even the most inane stories (and even Mark’s silliness) bearable . However, your obsession with Issam Nemeh and spiritual matters in general is disturbing. I don’t know if Dr. Nemeh is a fraud or not; but I do know that there is nothing scientific, despite your claims to the contrary, that shows that he has, though the power of prayer or whatever supernatural means he employs, healed anyone. Nor has Oral Roberts or Ernest Angley or any of the others who claim to be conduits of heavenly power. I encourage you to look over the material at the link I’ve attached for an alternative view. Yes, it’s a skeptic’s web site; but isn’t that appropriate? And I acknowledge that I’m an atheist and disbelieve any claims of this sort.
However, you do a disservice to people in need when you promote the belief in intercessory prayer and spiritual healing. For every tale of someone who claims miraculous recovery, there are hundreds who have lingered in misery, possibly disdaining legitimate medical attention in the hope that they will experience the next miracle.
In addition, you misrepresent science and its methods to suggest that Dr. Nemeh has provided “scientific”
proof of the efficacy of his work. I suggest you get the Amazing Randi in to examine and dissect Dr.
Nemeh’s claims.
It’s obvious you are a man of faith and want to reflect it at times in your work. Don’t, however, let it blind you to the realities of the world. Faith wouldn’t be faith if it required scientific evidence to support it. Nor would its manifestations be miraculous.

I felt your news team was about the same as the others and watched channel 5 simply because I preferred your newscasters to the other stations. But after watching your segment on prayer and healing I will no longer watch channel 5 for any news. Such drivel is unacceptable to me and I hope many others. Your religious beliefs are your own business and I would hope you would have enought sense and professionalism to keep them out of the news.

I have received tons of e-mail response to our series this week on Dr. Nemeh. He talks about providing proof that faith healing works and that it is genuine science.

Send me your responses and I’ll post them right here. Send them to henry@newsnet5.com

Keep watching, I’ll get to them later tonight and start down loading them (positive and critical) to my blog.

Thanks,
Ted
